Cancellation Policy

• • • Low Season – 01 May to 31 October 2027
      Cancellation within 14 days prior to arrival will incur a charge equivalent to 50% of the booked room nights. No-shows will be charged 100%.
    • High Season – 10 January to 30 April 2027 / 01 November to 19 December 2027
      Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the booked room nights. No-shows will be charged 100%.
    • Peak Season – 20 December 2027 to 10 January 2028
      Cancellation within 45 days prior to arrival will incur a charge equivalent to 100% of the booked room nights. No-shows will be charged 100%.
