Payment Policy
- A 50% advance payment is required upon confirmation of the reservation.
- The remaining 50% balance must be settled 30 days prior to the check-in date.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or early departures must be communicated in writing via email.
- Cancellation notices must be received within the cancellation period specified below:
o Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival: No charge.
o Cancellations made within 29 days or less prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee applies.
Bungalow Occupancy Policy
- The bungalow accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, including children.
- The bungalow includes the following rooms:
o 1 x King Suite (King Size Bed)
o 1 x Queen Suite (King Size Bed)
o 1 x Garden Suite (Queen Size Bed)
Extra Beds
Early Arrivals & Late Departures
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, it is recommended to book an additional night.
- Luggage storage is available for guests not booking extra time.
