Terms and Conditions:

Payment Policy

• A 50% advance payment is required upon confirmation of the reservation.
• The remaining 50% balance must be settled 30 days prior to the check-in date.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations or early departures must be communicated in writing via email.
• Cancellation notices must be received within the cancellation period specified below:

o Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival: No charge.
o Cancellations made within 29 days or less prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee applies.

Bungalow Occupancy Policy

• The bungalow accommodates a maximum of 6 guests, including children.
• The bungalow includes the following rooms:

o 1 x King Suite (King Size Bed)
o 1 x Queen Suite (King Size Bed)
o 1 x Garden Suite (Queen Size Bed)

Extra Beds

• A maximum of two extra beds can be provided.
• Rates (inclusive of taxes and breakfast):

o Child (4–11 years): USD 35 per night
o Adult (12 years & above): USD 50 per night

Early Arrivals & Late Departures

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• For guaranteed early check-in or late check-out, it is recommended to book an additional night.
• Luggage storage is available for guests not booking extra time.

Pets Policy

Pets are not permitted on the premises.
