Terms and Conditions:

Payment Policy

• 50% payment is required upon confirmation of the reservation.
• The remaining 50% balance must be settled 30 days prior to the check-in date.

Cancellation Policy

• All cancellations or early departures must be submitted in writing via email.
• Cancellation notices must be received within the specified cancellation period:

30 days or more prior to arrival: No cancellation charges apply.
29 days or less prior to arrival: A 100% cancellation fee applies.

Villa Occupancy Policy

The villa accommodates a maximum of 14 guests, including children.
The villa comprises of the following 5 rooms:

• 1 x Garden Suite (King Size Bed)
• 1 x Garden Suite (King Size Bed & 1 Single Bed)
• 1 x Family Suite (King Size Bed & 3 Single Beds)
• 1 x Ocean Suite (King Size Bed with En-Suite Jacuzzi)
• 1 x Master Suite (King Size Bed with Living Room

Early Arrivals and Late Departures

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• To guarantee early check-in, it is advised to book the night prior.
• To ensure late check-out, it is recommended to reserve an additional night.
• Guests not reserving extra time may store their luggage on the premises.

Length Of Stay

• A minimum stay of 3 nights is required between 20th December and 10th January (inclusive).

Pets Policy

Pets are not permitted on the property.
